Everything renters ask us
How much does trailer rental cost in Colorado Springs?
Iron Capital's rates run $90–$150 per day depending on the trailer: $90/day for the 7x14 utility, $100/day for flatbeds and the car hauler, and $150/day for the enclosed and deckover tilt trailers. Weekly rates save roughly 15% versus daily pricing.
What do I need to rent a trailer?
Three things: a valid Colorado driver's license, current auto insurance, and a credit card for the refundable deposit. A $50 booking fee reserves your trailer and is applied to your total.
Do you rent trailers by the week or month?
Yes. Every trailer has a weekly rate (for example, $540/week for the 7x14 utility and $900/week for the enclosed trailer), and monthly rates are available by phone at 719-661-3946.
When can I pick up my trailer?
We operate seven days a week in Colorado Springs. Book online or call 719-661-3946 to schedule your pickup time — same-day rentals are often available when a trailer is on the lot.
What comes with the trailer?
Our trailers come equipped with a winch, straps, and ramps at no extra charge, so you can load and secure your cargo the moment you hook up.
Do you deliver trailers or is it pickup only?
Rentals are picked up and returned at our Colorado Springs location. Call 719-661-3946 to ask about options for your specific job.
What happens to my deposit?
Your deposit is held on a credit card and fully refunded when the trailer is returned on time with no missing items or damage.
Can I tow your trailers outside Colorado Springs?
Yes — many customers haul across the Front Range and throughout Colorado. The rental just begins and ends at our Colorado Springs location.
What hitch and vehicle do I need?
Most of our trailers use a standard 2 5/16" ball and a 7-pin connector. Check that your vehicle's tow rating meets the trailer's GVWR — listed on every trailer page — and call 719-661-3946 if you're unsure.
Do you rent trailers to businesses and contractors?
Absolutely. Contractors are a big part of our customer base, and weekly and monthly rates make longer projects economical. Call us to set up recurring rentals.
